What we know about you, and what we don't.
We are a couture house, not a data brokerage. We hold your information with the same care we hold our coutil: quietly, with intent, and with a polishing cloth.
What we keep
- The name and address you give us, so the parcel arrives.
- Your measurements when you choose to share them — kept against your account, never shared with anyone outside the workshop.
- Your order history, because customs requires it and your future self may want to reorder.
- A modest set of cookies — strictly the kind that keep the bag full as you move between rooms of the site. We do not track you across the wider web.
What we don't
- We don't sell your data. Not to advertisers, not to analytics middlemen, not to your aunt.
- We don't pass payment details to anyone except the processor that needs them to put the charge through. The number itself never sits in our database.
- We don't email you unless you've explicitly asked, and even then sparingly. New drops, atelier notes, occasional indulgences — no more than once a month.
If you'd like us to forget
Write to privacy@friskycorset.atelier and we'll erase your account, your measurements, and every order older than the legal record-keeping window. We are obliged by paperwork to keep the rest for seven years; we will keep no more than that.
Last revised the morning of an unseasonable rain.
